1. The service
OneMediaKit provides each subscriber a private media-kit space: read-only connections to the subscriber's own social platforms, a public media-kit page, a PDF export, a QR code and the tools around them. Statistics presented as "verified" are synced read-only from the platforms' official APIs, timestamped, never typed by hand, and cannot be hand-edited — that immutability is a feature of the product and part of these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
- You may only connect platform accounts you own or are authorised to represent.
- You are responsible for keeping your login and your kit password confidential.
- One subscription covers one creator (one media-kit space). Agencies managing several creators need one space per creator.
3. Plans, trial, price and withdrawal
The creator plans are Free, Media Kit, Media Kit Pro and OneMediaKit Pro, with the features listed on the pricing page at onemediakit.com/pricing. Every plan, Free included, requires a payment card on file with Stripe; nothing is ever charged on Free, which has no time limit. A yearly subscription starts with seven free days: the first charge is made on the eighth day unless you cancel before it, in which case nothing is charged and the account continues on Free with nothing deleted. A seat paid once is charged at once and has no free days.
Media Kit and Media Kit Pro are sold either as a yearly subscription or as a one-time payment that never renews (a seat paid once, for as long as the service exists). OneMediaKit Pro is sold as a yearly subscription only. The first 500 one-time Media Kit Pro seats are founding seats, sold at the founding price shown on the pricing page while they last and marked as such on the kit. Prices are those shown on the pricing page at the moment you pay, exclusive of VAT, which Stripe adds at the rate of your country.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each yearly period; we send an e-mail before every renewal. You can cancel at any time with the Cancel button on your billing screen — no e-mail, no form, no reason to give — effective at the end of the paid period. Your kit stays online and complete until that date, then continues on Free. A one-time payment has nothing to cancel.
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you have fourteen days from any payment to ask for it back without giving a reason: tell us by e-mail within that time and the full amount is refunded. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep their statutory right of withdrawal on top of this; payments are collected by Stripe as seller of record, which applies the cooling-off rules of your country.
After those fourteen days a period that has started is not refunded. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights anywhere if the service is faulty or not as described.
4. Your content and your data
Everything you add and everything fetched from your platforms remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service — to store, process and display that content in your kit, at your direction. Aggregated, de-identified statistics (never exposing an individual creator) may be used to build benchmarks inside the product.
5. Acceptable use
- No misrepresentation: do not present someone else's audience or statistics as your own.
- No attempts to alter, spoof or inflate verified numbers.
- No unlawful, infringing or hateful content in bios, portfolios or uploads.
- No probing, scraping or disrupting the service or other members' spaces.
We may suspend a space that breaks these rules; where reasonable, we warn first.
6. The platforms
OneMediaKit uses YouTube API Services: by connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and the other connected services belong to their respective owners and their APIs come with their own terms. If a platform changes or withdraws API access, we adapt the product but cannot be liable for data a platform stops providing.
7. Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available continuously, keep daily refreshes running, and answer support at support@onemediakit.com within two business days. Planned maintenance is announced when it affects availability. The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages — lost deals, lost profits, or decisions third parties make based on your kit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time (clause 3). We can terminate for material breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with at least 90 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period. After termination you can request an export of your content and the deletion described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Brand accounts and the Creator Network
A brand account is a business account: it is opened by a company or an agency to find and follow creators for its own campaigns, and it is used in the course of that business. The Creator Network is the set of creators who chose to make their kit reachable by brand accounts.
For brands:
- One plan is for one company. Agencies acting for several clients use the plan that carries the seats they need; sharing a sign-in outside the company is not allowed.
- What you see about a creator is what that creator published on the web surface of their kit, plus a relative score computed by us, plus the count of brands following them. Nothing else: never the creator's e-mail address, never numbers they hid, never content that only lives on their PDF.
- No scraping, no bulk copying and no resale of creator data. Exports are for the brand's own campaigns, kept inside the company and deleted when the campaign is over.
- Briefs and follows reach a creator through us; replying is the creator's choice. We may close an account that contacts creators abusively, repeatedly or against their wish, without a refund of the period that has started.
- Brand plans start with a seven-day trial without a card, then renew monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown on the brand pricing page when you subscribe. Cancel at any time from your account page, effective at the end of the paid period; nothing is deleted.
- If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom and the account is not used in the course of a business, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal of clause 3 applies to brand plans as well: tell us by e-mail within fourteen days of your first payment and the full amount is refunded.
For creators:
- Joining the Creator Network is your own choice, made from your dashboard; nothing joins on your behalf. It is open to paid accounts with a kit and at least one synced platform.
- Once joined, a signed-in brand on a plan can open your kit even when it is password-protected, see the relative score and its four parts, and see how many brands follow you. Your visibility settings still apply: what you hid stays hidden.
- You can leave at any time from the same card. Within the day, your kit is removed from every brand's search, dashboard, list and follow. Rejoining later is one click.
- The count of brands following you can be hidden on the web and on the PDF, separately, from your visibility settings.
11. Deals, contracts, invoices and payments between users
OneMediaKit provides tools that creators, agencies and brands use between themselves: messages, deals, contracts, a shared calendar, invoices, a finance view and, where it is offered, payment through OneMediaKit. OneMediaKit is not a party to any deal, contract, invoice or payment between users, does not act as an agent for either side, and does not check the work, the amounts or the information the users enter.
- Contracts: the contract templates and the drafts written with the AI assistant are a starting point, not legal advice. The parties read, change and sign them under their own responsibility.
- Invoices: the person who issues an invoice is responsible for its content, its tax treatment and its compliance with the rules of their country. Billing details are typed by each user and are never guessed. An issued invoice cannot be changed; a mistake is corrected with a credit note.
- Payment tracking: "Mark as paid" and "I received the money" are records the users keep for payments made outside OneMediaKit, for example a bank transfer between them. OneMediaKit does not check them.
Payment through OneMediaKit, where it is offered:
- The person who gets paid opens their own Stripe account through OneMediaKit and accepts Stripe's own terms for it. The payer pays directly into that account. Identity checks, bank details, payouts, Stripe's fees, refunds and disputes are between the account holder, the payer and Stripe. OneMediaKit never holds the money.
- OneMediaKit takes a commission on each payment made through it, at the percentage of the payee's plan shown in the product when the invoice is issued. The rate on an issued invoice never changes afterwards. The commission is deducted automatically at the moment of payment.
- Payments between an agency and the creators it represents carry no OneMediaKit commission. The agency pays its own payment costs, shown before it pays.
- Refunds and disputes: a refund is decided and made by the person who received the payment. A dispute or chargeback is handled between the payer, the payee and Stripe. OneMediaKit shows the state of the payment to both sides and keeps the history of the deal available as evidence.
The OneMediaKit commission is not refundable, whatever happens between the parties: refunds or cancellations agreed between them, disputes and chargebacks, the quality or timing of the work, an error in an invoice issued by a user, Stripe's fees, Stripe's own decisions on an account or a payout, and currency conversion. It is refunded only when the error is OneMediaKit's own, in these cases:
- the same invoice was charged twice because of an error of OneMediaKit;
- the amount charged or the commission taken differs from the issued invoice or from the rate shown on it because of an error of OneMediaKit: the difference is refunded;
- a commission was taken on a payment that carries none;
- a payment reached the wrong account because of an error of OneMediaKit;
- a payment was made without the payer's authorisation because of a security failure of OneMediaKit's own systems.
To ask for it, write to us within 60 days of the payment with its reference. We check our records and refund our commission within 14 days. The amount of the deal itself is refunded by the person who received it; we show both sides what happened.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Swiss law; place of jurisdiction is the seat of the operator, mandatory consumer-protection rules reserved. We may update these terms; material changes are announced to members by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply — continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.
Questions about these terms: support@onemediakit.com.
