A Canva template is typed by hand, so it is a claim, and it is stale the day you export it. A link-in-bio kit tab lives under your links and is built for your followers. Brands trust what they can check. Each number carries a verified badge, which means exactly this: synced read-only from the platform, timestamped, never typed by hand. The "What does this mean?" link takes them to a page written for them. Nobody has to trust us; they can read the stamp.

No, and here is the honest reason. Media Kit is €49 a year, about €4.08 a month — less than a single Canva template you would buy once, use once and buy again for the next design. Monthly billing on that amount would hand a tenth of it to card fees and turn the rest into a subscription you forget you have. Yearly keeps the price where it is, and if you would rather never see a renewal, pay once: €129 for Media Kit, €249 for Media Kit Pro. You get seven days of Media Kit Pro to decide first, a Cancel button that needs no e-mail, and 14 days to change your mind after any payment.

A Cancel button on your billing screen, two clicks, no e-mail to write. Everything stays on until the end of the period you paid for; then your kit stays live on Free, at the same address, and nothing is deleted. Refund: email support@onemediakit.com within 14 days of paying, for any plan, and you get the full amount back.

On our own servers, never sold or shared. Delete everything from your kit settings: connections are revoked, synced numbers and your kit are removed within 30 days, and you get a confirmation email. You can also revoke our access from Instagram, TikTok or Google at any time and the kit stops syncing.

Only people with the password, by default. You send the link and the password to a brand together. One tap makes the kit public, which lets anyone with the link open it and search engines index it; another tap makes it private again.

On day 8 your card is charged for the year of the plan you picked, and you get the receipt by e-mail. Cancel before that, in one click from Billing, and nothing is charged: you continue on Free. Your first platform stays visible and refreshes weekly; the others stay connected but hidden; PDF, QR, demographics and the design library show a lock. Nothing is deleted, and picking a plan brings it all back in one tap.
