For brands and agencies

Find exactly the creators that you need

No more scouting across five apps, hunting for contact details, writing twenty messages and waiting days for a media kit that turns out to be months old. Search on numbers read straight from the platforms, see the rates and the terms before you write, and run the whole collaboration in one place.

Why this exists

Influencer selection is mostly admin

  • The numbers arrive as pictures

A creator sends cropped analytics or a deck built months ago. You cannot tell when it was taken, whether the reach is organic, or what has changed since. Checking it means asking for more pictures.

  • Shortlisting takes days, every time

Search, open twenty profiles, guess at the audience, write twenty messages, wait. Do it again next quarter, because nothing you learned was written down anywhere a colleague can read.

  • The deal lives in five places

The brief is in an e-mail, the rates in a DM, the contract in a shared drive, the delivery in a spreadsheet, and the answer to "did they deliver last time?" in somebody's memory.

How it works

Four steps, and the record keeps itself

  1. Apply, and we check the company

An account is opened by a person, not by a form. We look at the company behind it before anyone can reach a creator — that is the condition the creators here agreed to, and it is why they answer.

  2. Search on numbers, not on impressions

Filter by audience, engagement, city, format, travel and how quickly they answer. Every figure was read from the platform itself and carries the time it was read. Open a creator and everything is already there: the audience breakdown, the best posts, the rates, the collaboration terms, the brands they have worked with and what those brands said afterwards. Nothing to request, nothing to wait for.

  3. Write, brief, agree

One thread per creator, inside the platform. Send a campaign to a shortlist with the budget in it and they answer against the terms they already published — so the first reply is a yes, a no or a counter-offer, not the start of a week of messages.

  4. Sign, deliver, review

The contract is drafted from what both sides stated and signed in the platform. Afterwards each side reviews the other, so the next brand and the next creator both know what actually happened.

What "Verified" means

Verified Synced today, 07:12

Verified means synced read-only from the platform, timestamped, never typed by hand. Nobody at OneMediaKit checks the creator; the platform's own API reports the figure. The number under the badge is the one Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Mailchimp or Pinterest returned at the time on the stamp, and the creator cannot edit it inside the tool.

What it does not mean

It does not mean we vouch for the creator, their content or their prices. Rates, bio, niche and portfolio are written by the creator and labelled as such. Engagement rate is computed the same way on every kit, and the formula is one tap away on the figure.

Reading the stamp

"Synced today, 07:12" is the time the number was fetched. Creators pick their rhythm, daily, weekly or monthly, and refresh by hand on top of it; the stamp tells you when, without anyone saying so.

Comparing creators

Compare per-platform rates, not the blended figure. Total followers adds platforms together and can count one person twice; the kit says so next to the number.

A brand account

What is in a brand account

The search engine and the feed, lists and saved searches with your own notes, one thread per creator, campaigns sent to a shortlist, contracts drafted from the stated terms, and reviews on both sides. Each one is explained, line by line, on the plans page.

Accounts are opened by a person. We look at the company behind one before it can reach a creator — that is the condition the creators here agreed to.

Your work address is the whole application. A person reads it and writes back, usually the same day.

Reading a kit in 60 seconds

The six things worth checking, in the order they appear.

  1. Are these numbers real?

A verified badge and a sync stamp on every figure. Nothing typed, nothing rounded.

    In your kit: Verified stamps

  2. How big, and how engaged?

Followers and engagement rate per platform, never averaged across platforms without a note saying so.

    In your kit: Platform sections

  3. Who is the audience?

Age, gender and top countries, for followers and for the people who actually engage.

    In your kit: Audience

  4. What does the content look like?

Top posts embedded live with their real counts, not cropped thumbnails.

    In your kit: Top posts

  5. What does it cost?

A rate card by deliverable, bundles, usage rights, and what is on request.

    In your kit: Rates

  6. Have they done this before?

Past collaborations with a link and a line on what was delivered.

    In your kit: Portfolio

Requesting rates

Every kit has a "Request rates" button. It emails the creator with your address and message; we deliver it and keep nothing else, unless you tick the box below the form.
