Delete your data
How to remove your kit, your connections and every synced number, and how long it takes.
From your dashboard
- Log in, open Billing, and at the foot of the page choose "Delete my account and data". The same link is in the account menu at the top right.
- Read what goes and what stays, type DELETE and confirm. A running subscription stops that minute, every platform key is deleted and your kit goes offline.
- The space, its numbers, your rates, bio, portfolio and your login are deleted at once; copies in our host's backups expire within 30 days. You get a confirmation e-mail, and it is the last one.
By e-mail
No access to your account any more? Write to support@onemediakit.com from the address you signed up with. Same result, within 30 days, no form and no reason to give.
What is removed
- Your account and your kit page, including the PDF and the QR code
- Every number synced from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Mailchimp or Pinterest, and the access tokens behind them
- Your rates, bio, portfolio and uploaded images
- Receipts stay with Stripe for as long as tax law requires; they hold your email and the amount, nothing from your kit
Revoking on the platforms
You can also cut our access from the platform's side at any time: in the business integrations of your Facebook settings for Instagram and Facebook, in the app permissions of your TikTok security settings, and at myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google and YouTube. The kit stops syncing the same day and keeps its last numbers with their real stamp until you delete it.
